From the cheery glow of farmhouse pies to dreamy puddings, all are created at your home from scratch with ingredients chosen by me – top top quality, always seasonal and sourced locally or home grown as much as possible.
I welcome consultations and love to delve into recipe books to create scrumptious dishes for lunch and dinner parties, corporate functions or simply as an indulgent treat to allow busy mums time to put their feet up. I bake cakes, pies and puddings to fill freezers and will happily turn seasonal gluts of fruit and veg into gleaming jars of preserves to fill the pantry walls of my clients.
I am able to cook ‘away’ for house parties, during school and other holidays and thoroughly enjoy producing hearty feasts for impressive shoot/sporting lunches. I’m dedicated to delighting.
